Safewalk Password Reset adds password reset capabilities to LDAP/AD users by combining strong authentication capabilities and user convenience.
Users who need to reset their LDAP/AD passwords and do not have access to Windows-based password reset utilities, or that require a higher level of protection when resetting their passwords, can use Safewalk Password
Reset through Safewalk’s Self-Service Portal
Self-Service password Reset portal is compatible with any other Strong authentication solution
USERS CAN CHANGE THEIR PASSWORDS
IN TWO EASY STEPS:
Step 1 - The user accesses the self-service portal and authenticates with his/her existing assigned authentication method.
Step 2 - After logging into the self-service portal, the user is prompted to select a new password and confirm it.
Administrators can create a group permission for users that are allowed to change their password using the self-service portal.
